      "content": "<p>I'm not completely certain because I don't fully understand the terminology in French vs English, but I believe the report does not mention synovitis, but it does mention effusion. According to <a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/competitions/rsna-knee-abnormality-detection/discussion/733932\" target=\"_blank\">this discussion</a>, both are often co-occurring and synovitis is under-reported.</p>"
