The dataset page is at <a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/datasets/gordonyip/binned-dataset-v3/data\" target=\"_blank\">https://www.kaggle.com/datasets/gordonyip/binned-dataset-v3/data</a> which blongs to gordony. There is NO settings available to me on that dataset page. On the dataset I uploaded my self, I do find the settings. Should I upload these datasets to Kaggle first in order to use them?I remember that there is way you can use public dataset uploaded by other people without issues.  </p>",
