  "content": "<p>Hi, I'm new to the competition and have few queries as submission process for this competion is not completely clear to me:</p>\n<p>Do we need to use only tensorflow data pipeline for preprocessing ?<br>\nor can we do preprocessing in other libraries (eg. pandas) ?</p>\n<p>Would submission fail if we use anything other than tensorflow? </p>",
