      "content": "<p>You can most likely use the Kaggle API to submit to competitions. I have used it before for non-code comps. I'm not sure how it works for code comps. Discussion <a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/docs/api\" target=\"_blank\">here</a>. Github <a href=\"https://github.com/Kaggle/kaggle-api\" target=\"_blank\">here</a></p>\n<p>(Alternatively, you can upload your <code>submission.zip</code> file to a Kaggle dataset.
