  "content": "<p>I'm new to using such a library as pyvips but as far as I know it should be installed before importing it. How can I use it in a submission file which has no access to the Internet?<br>\nI tried to use this code <a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/code/dschettler8845/use-pyvips-offline-v-2-1-13/notebook\" target=\"_blank\">https://www.kaggle.com/code/dschettler8845/use-pyvips-offline-v-2-1-13/notebook</a> with importing dataset 'private_local' but got a mistake <br>\nOSError: cannot load library 'libvips.so.42': libMagickCore-6.Q16.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory.  Additionally, ctypes.util.find_library() did not manage to locate a library called 'libvips.so.42'<br>\nMaybe there is another way to use that preinstalled library.<br>\nThanks for any useful reply.</p>",
