  "content": "<p>Hello all!<br>\nI am trying to submit my work, and Kaggle requires me to disable the internet to make a submission.</p>\n<p>However, my submissions failed with the errors below when I tried to use external packages like timm:</p>\n<blockquote>\n  <p>note: This error originates from a subprocess, and is likely not a problem with pip. <br>\n  WARNING: There was an error checking the latest version of pip.</p>\n  <p>ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement timm (from versions: none)<br>\n  ERROR: No matching distribution found for timm<br>\n  WARNING: There was an error checking the latest version of pip.</p>\n</blockquote>\n<p>Everything works with the Internet. <br>\nHow can I fix this issue? </p>",
