Does it mean that the tissue is unknown , it certainly does not mean no cancer because we already have 0+0 tags.</p>\n\n<p>I also checked the ISUP grade where gleason is negative it is always zero and also for the 0+0 gleason , ISUP is always zero but why have two tags for the same thing?\nCan we replace negative with 0+0  or vice-versa?</p>",
