          "content": "<p>You can either put these packages to your dataset (check out menu Data =&gt; Your Datasets, 20 Gb limit), or search if required package is already added to some Kaggle's dataset. Datasets can be easily attached to your notebooks, no need for the Internet in this case.</p>",
