  "content": "<p>Congrats to all the winners and participants.\n it was a great learning chance for me by working on this competition for 2 months. it's sad to see a public kernel being resued to get a score of  0.915 which pushed a lot of people who had actually Put in a lot of work for this competition . its not just about the medals, its also about place and top percentage.  i dropped from 127th to 582 because of others resuing public kernel </p>",
