  "content": "<p>Hi fellow kagglers,</p>\n\n<p>I am a total newbie to kaggle, so I do not have a confidence to ask anybody to join as a team. Nevertheless, I would like to learn how you guys cooperate as a team and would be very grateful if someones can share experiences. For examples,</p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>how can you communicate with others ? </li>\n<li>which channels you use to communicate? (kaggle messenger / whatsapp / email ?)</li>\n<li>how can you divide some programming works?</li>\n<li>what are some basic strategies of team working?</li>\n<li>Is there any downside of working as a team?</li>\n<li>Basically, any other fun experiences that you want to share</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>I hope that this will benefit other newcomers as well.</p>",

You can use a fileserver to share code/files or use an S3 bucket. I recently found that DigitalOcean offers a great S3-compatible bucket.</p>\n\n<p>how can you divide some programming works?</p>\n\n<p>It's easier than I imagined (from coordinating real life teams). Everyone's is genuinely engaged to reach a better outcome, regardless of country, experience, level (which is not always true in real life).</p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Figure out who's good at different things and delegate tasks appropriately</li>\n<li>Learn from each other's past experiences (inside and maybe outside of Kaggle)</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>what are some basic strategies of team working?</p>\n\n<p>From my limited experience:\n - Communicate what you've done, what you're working on\n - Be honest and open, over share</p>\n\n<p>Is there any downside of working as a team?</p>\n\n<p>You are only limited to 5 submissions for the entire team. So you have to coordinate what you'll submit. And as always decision making requires more consensus the more people you add (but that is life!)</p>\n\n<p>Basically, any other fun experiences that you want to share</p>\n\n<p>It's a great learning opportunity for all! Just sharing different approaches and brainstorming novel tactics can really help you get out of the \"let me just unleash more GPU power\" mode. You also develop connections that you can reach out to. </p>\n\n<p>I think Kaggle's value is not the prize winnings or teaching data science, it's about the community. In the team, I think you get much more open feedback and development than reading forums or kernels.</p>",

Blender will also manage all team's submission.\n-  List every idea we need to run or try. Then the team (workers) will consume it based on their skill and hardware. This list of ideas will be updated along the competition.\n- Communicate problem, result and change strategy if we need.</p>\n\n<p>Make sure we could submit everyday!</p>",
