"content": "
This isn't the source of an Exception, but one mistake I see is that you sort the slice files by their name. This will be an alphabetic sort and not a numerical sort. It will put 21.dcm before 3.dcm, for example. There are public notebooks that have example of the correct sort, something like:
\n

        slice_files = glob.glob('path_for_train_files/*.dcm')\n        slice_files.sort(key=lambda x: int(os.path.splitext(os.path.basename(x))[0]))\n

",

If so, there is a problem with this line:
\n

df['row_id'] = df['row_id'].replace(['1.2.826.0.1.3680043.22327_C8','1.2.826.0.1.3680043.25399_C8','1.2.826.0.1.3680043.5876_C8'],['1.2.826.0.1.3680043.22327_patient_overall','1.2.826.0.1.3680043.25399_patient_overall','1.2.826.0.1.3680043.5876_patient_overall'])\n

\n
As this line only works for the three examples in the public
/test
folder because unseen samples have different SOPInstanceUIDs.
