"content": "
Hi,
\n
First of all - thank you guys for a meaningful competition. There's no better way to learn than try the things out, and this contest is just great. Now the question comes:
\n
I'm testing a few ideas with 3d images, so I used \"dicom2nifti\" library to stack CT slices and convert NIfTI format for further processing. The problem here - it's not the part of the standard Kaggle environment and it will not be available with \"Internet Off\" conditions during submission. Is there any way to fix it - just not to reproduce the existing library manually :)
",

      "content": "
There's a possibility that someone has replicated the library by downloading it off of an official source and adding it to kaggle as a dataset. That's what I did to get 'dicomsdl' library. To see if this is possible, go to the 'add data' button in the top of your notebook, and search for the library name. If no one has uploaded it in that way, there are existing tutorials on how to download and upload a library as a dataset so that you can use it.
",
