For the dicomsdl package I'm using, I install it after adding the dataset under input like &gt; <code>!pip install dicomsdl --no-index --find-links=file:///kaggle/input/read-dicom-set</code> . Your formatting will be slightly different, something like <code>!pip install kjh --no-index --find-links=file:///kaggle/input/rsna-2023-kjh</code> . Hope that helps :)</p>",

          "content": "<p>I appreciate for your advice and before trying your solution, I found a workaround.. The problem was that the nii.gz file was recognized as a directory and it said there was no file.  I replaced the nii.gz with the npz format and it worked 😄</p>",
