  "content": "<p>I am not sure if there is a solution known to this problem on Kaggle.</p>\n<p>Essentially, to read all the DICOM images in the train set, we need to install:<br>\n<code>!pip install -U pylibjpeg pylibjpeg-openjpeg pylibjpeg-libjpeg</code></p>\n<p>But afterward, we need to restart the kernel! Without it, you will get an error when reading some of the DICOM files.</p>\n<p>How are we supposed to go about this? Is there a way we can restart the kernel programmatically and have it resume operations?</p>\n<p>Otherwise, how are people to read DICOM when submitting? Am I missing something here?</p>",
