I believe it happens in these lines : </p>\n<p>dicom = pydicom.dcmread(path)<br>\ndata = dicom.pixel_array</p>\n<p>ERROR : The following handlers are available to decode the pixel data however they are missing required dependencies: GDCM (req. GDCM), pylibjpeg (req. ) </p>\n<p>Can anyone help me ?</p>",

To do that, put the following in a code block at the top of your notebook:</p>\n<pre><code>!pip install -qU python-gdcm pydicom pylibjpeg\n</code></pre>\n<p>That will install the required libraries for you. Hope this helps!</p>",
