  "content": "<p>I have always wondered, and sorry if that has been answered somewhere.<br>\nWe all know that many kagglers on many competitions end up having good solutions that they didn't submit for X reasons (not me in this case).<br>\nWhat happens when some of them would have surpassed by a lot the top solutions and we never get to know from the person/team themselves, in cases they forgot or didn't check?<br>\nWouldn't be very beneficial for the sake and goal of the competition if kaggle/hosts tried to approach/communicate with them as a reminder that they still have something valuable to share?</p>",
