NEBULA for RSNA 2025 - v2.0
=========================================================
This script represents a significant evolution of the NEBULA framework, integrating the most advanced
components from previous versions into a single, cohesive, and fully documented file. It is designed
for the RSNA Intracranial Aneurysm Detection Challenge, adhering to the core principles of the
NEBULA directive: physics-based modeling, meticulous step-by-step execution, and a rejection of
conventional deep learning approaches.

Key Features of v2.0:
- **Integrated Architecture:** All components (Control Panel, Data Pipeline, Core Network, Trainer)
are unified into a single script for clarity and portability.
- **Advanced Photonic Core:** Incorporates the full NEBULA v6.0 Photonic-ARC2 network, including:
    - `RealRayTracer`: Simulates light propagation through the neural volume.
    - `ImprovedHolographicMemory`: Stores and recalls patterns based on physical principles.
    - `QuantumMemory`: Modulates network behavior using quantum state evolution.
- **Two-Phase Training:** A robust training regimen:
    1. **Structural Pre-training:** The network learns the underlying anatomy of the brain by
reconstructing segmentation maps, using a Dice Loss for pixel-perfect accuracy.
    2. **Classification Fine-tuning:** The pre-trained model is then fine-tuned on the primary
task of aneurysm detection and localization.
- **Professional Visualization & Reward System:** A new `AdvancedRSNAVisualizer` provides
unprecedented insight into the model's learning process. It generates detailed, multi-panel
comparison images that mimic a medical lightbox, overlaying ground truth and predictions.
Crucially, it calculates a pixel-level accuracy and reward score, providing a direct
feedback mechanism for the model's performance, as per the user's directive.

Author: Francisco Angulo de Lafuente, NEBULA Team
Mission: Win the RSNA 2025 Kaggle Challenge.
