It appears that such datasets are accessible even if you haven't agreed to the competition rules, thus making the creation of such datasets a potential breach of the non-redistribution rules of the competition.</p>\n<p>Since I'm having problems downloading the CT scans, I thought I'd do the preprocessing in a notebook here and keep the results in a (public) data set. But I'm worried that it might be against the rules for the reasons above.</p>\n<p>It would be reasonable to require that one accepts competition rules to access output from a notebook that uses competition data. (Perhaps this already is in place, and I just haven't noticed though?)</p>",
