  "content": "<p>Hi everyone, quick question about the 8-hour runtime limit.</p>\n<p>Does the “&lt;= 8 hours” constraint apply only to the notebook run when you click Submit (i.e., the public scoring run), or will Kaggle also rerun our submitted notebook on the private test set for the final leaderboard and require that rerun to finish within 8 hours as well?</p>\n<p>Also, have any of you actually pushed close to the 8-hour limit during submission runs (e.g., submissions taking many hours), and did that cause any issues?</p>\n<p>Thanks!</p>",
