  "content": "<p>Hello all! It is my second time using google collab, and I need help downloading this to google collab. So far, I have done the following commands</p>\n<pre><code>from google.colab import drive\ndrive.mount('/content/gdrive', force_remount=True)\n</code></pre>\n<pre><code>import os\nos.environ['KAGGLE_CONFIG_DIR']='/content/gdrive/MyDrive/VinBigData'\n</code></pre>\n<p>This is used to dir into a file I have named \"VinBigData\"</p>\n<pre><code>!ls\n</code></pre>\n<p><a href=\"https://imgur.com/wVBrsYz\" target=\"_blank\">https://imgur.com/wVBrsYz</a></p>\n<p>I then downloaded the API</p>\n<pre><code>!kaggle competitions download -c vinbigdata-chest-xray-abnormalities-detection\n</code></pre>\n<p>But I receive an error, <br>\n<code>429 - Too Many requests</code>, because the first time I tried, didn't download all of the files…<br>\nMissing train and test sets.</p>\n<p>Anyone know the remedy to this problem? Is it because I am downloading too many items? 191.82 GB? Thanks!</p>",
